Redflex Traffic Systems, Inc., Lafayette City-Parish Sued
"There have been a lot of questions about the legality of this program - as well as its constitutionality - what we want is for an American judge to give us clarity on the issue," says Stephanie Ware. Ware filed the suit. Her attorneys say the way the parish has shifted some traffic laws to civil enforcement goes against state law.
