Special Prayer for Sderot

Tzfat's Chief Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, who visited Sderot this week, composed a special prayer on behalf of the residents of Sderot and the western Negev. He asked that it be recited every Sabbath morning just prior to the opening of the Holy Ark.
