Kuwait banks cancel credit cards without prior notification

Following sudden order by Central Bank of Kuwait, banks have started cutting many customer credit cards off. Leading banks like NBK and GBK have cut their regular clients who have strong balance supporting off without any prior phone, sms, or even email notification, and this is the mid-year holiday season. No refunds issued yet as well!
