Dems demand Investigation into US torture techniques
Human Rights Watch, which has been urging the government to outlaw waterboarding as illegal torture, called Hayden's testimony on waterboarding "an explicit admission of criminal activity". Mike McConnell told senators during the same hearing today that waterboarding remains in the CIA arsenal so long as it as the specific consent of the president
