President Mikheil Saakashvili sworn to lead Georgia - Thain

After taking his oath, Saakashvili watched a military parade of soldiers, tanks and heavy artillery roll down Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi's main thoroughfare, as fighter jets roared overhead.
