Oil money making 3 buildings twice Sears tower height [pics]
Al Burj in Dubai 1200 meters or 3900 feet tall. Burj Mubarak al-Kabir is a1000+ meter tall building planned for Kuwait. The Murjan City Tallest Tower is a 1,022 meter tall building planned for Bahrain. Non-oil money might make the Buenos Aires Forum in Argentina. It is also a proposed 1000 meters tall.
