Joanna Lei urges KMT not to take legislative break

Outgoing Kuomintang (KMT) lawmaker Joanna Lei urged the KMT again yesterday to reconsider a plan to call a recess only three days after a new session of the Legislative Yuan opens on Feb. 1.
